Event Details

A warm invitation is extended to all members to attend our Club AGM on Thursday 10^th October 2024 at Rough Common Hall, Canterbury CT2 9BS arriving from 7.15pm and commencing at 7.30pm.

Please come to discuss club affairs to ensure that you can continue to get the best from your membership and also see where you can contribute. A copy of the AGM documents will be provided nearer the time.

Please inform Mel Christodoulou, Chairman of any specific matters to be discussed by 9am on Sunday 29 September 2024. Otherwise, at the discretion of the Chairman, the matter may be dealt with as ‘any other business’ at the meeting. 

A light buffet will be provided after the meeting (approximately 9.00pm) with tea and coffee available. If you prefer anything stronger please bring that along! Do please stay to chat and munch.

For 2024/25 there are the following vacancies:

1. Vice Chairman - to shadow the Chairman who will be stepping down regardless in October 2025

2. Social Secretary - organise social events for club members such as the summer food evening and informal get-togethers 

3. Admin Officer - to assist with trophy ordering and sorting the club equipment in the garage
