Over 600 runners competed in the 14th staging of the Baileys Nissan Whitstable 10K road race organised by Canterbury Harriers on Monday May Bank Holiday morning. In sunny and warm conditions, with only light winds along the Tankerton and Hampton promenade sections, 29 athletes dipped under 40 minutes.
Entries are now open for the 2013 Whitstable 10k road race. This will be the fourteenth year Canterbury Harriers will be organising the road race and we hope that it will be an enjoyable event for all.
