Marathon Training Programme

Head Coach Gerry Reilly has provided a 15 week Marathon training programme for the 2011 Virgin London Marathon which will take place on sunday 17th april. The Marathon training programme for this years race has had to be adapted to take into account the earlier date for the race and is set up to make the most of local target events, taking into to account the cancellation of the Thanet 20 in 2011 - the normal 20 mile target race.
